Committed family man, cherished spouse, and doting father of two sons. Served with distinction for 22 years as a retired Navy veteran. Previously, I worked for six years as a management analyst and equal opportunity advisor, where I was instrumental in providing value to the company through my inclusive ethics and strategic oversight. During my time as a Knowledge Manager, I put my extensive experience in Logistical Lodging to good use. In the wake of baseless accusations that forced me to reevaluate my career path, I am now devoting my time and energy to studying how leadership styles affect team dynamics. In this day and age, I am determined to turn challenges into opportunities, and I am continuously looking for ways to improve myself.
